Mission Statement Preliminary Work Current Work	Mission Statement     The purpose of The Beryl Research Project (BRP) is to gather mineral samples from multiple sources, and measure their structural and chemical properties, using new technology and analysis techniques. The goal is to increase the body of mineralogical literature by adding new insights into differences and similarities among samples that have been too subtle to detect, using older technology.
